BEWARE DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER! LIARS! BAD COMMUNICATION AND THEY REFUSED TO FIX MY PRODUCT SO INSTEAD THEY CUT THE WIRES AND RETURNED IT TO ME AND BLAMED ME FOR CUTTING WIRES. THEY LEFT ME WITH NO CHOICE TO EVER BE ABLE TO RETURN THE ITEM. VERY MAD! I ONLY HAD IT FOR LESS THEN 30 DAYS. STAY AWAY!

This is worth every dime you pay. I got them when they were on sale, but if I had to pay more, I would. It is so wonderful to have something to occupy my son in the car.

We purchased two headrests for my husbands vehicle this past summer, which is used rarely for the children (2 and 4). Therefore, they were used on less than a dozen occasions. One headrest quit working (still has sound, no picture). We tried any and all troubleshooting solutions to no avail. We also contacted the seller for help, and cannot get an response. This is not an expensive set of players. However, we expected more use for our money. Come on guys, where's the customer service?

Bought these units from seller Splirow, they shipped it out quick and i had it in my hands in less then a week. I purchased the light grey version, they were very close in color to the Lexus leather, cant complain for the price. I had this system professionally installed for $200, it is not as easy as some of the reviewers mention, i am an Electrical Engineer but i would leave it to the pros to install. The included steel pipes still didn't help, expect to not extend the headrest too high. Overall the build quality is great, features provided are sooooo cooool mp4 playback, dual view mode and so on. Highly recommend this unit.

At the time I purchased, there were 11 other reviews of these headrest DVD players, mostly 5's. For ~$250, I took a chance and figured even if they were horrible quality it wasn't the biggest risk in the world. I have to say that I am very pleasantly surprised. I assumed that I was going to have to spend $800-$1200 to add video of some kind to the Pathfinder, but these things do the trick. . . and there are TWO of them. The headsets are good, they sound as good as any over the ear headsets and work like any manufacturer IR headsets. The video screens are decent quality, they are 16x9 so you get the full effect of widescreen. Even if you choose to play the movie and use the built-in speakers, you get decent sound. The instructions have 1 tiny page with a simplistic picture and 2 sentences about how to install. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure out how to hook up two wires (power and ground), but if it isn't your thing, you might call in a favor from a buddy or relative who is more comfortable hooking up wires. I ended up buying a couple "wire taps" at Radio Shack and connecting to the power seat harness on the 2005 Nissan Pathfinder. For better or worse, this cable always gets power so even when you turn the car off it will still play. Hope my wife remembers to turn them off or the battery will probably be drained after a leaving them on while at the mall. The remotes are nice. They are thin and not to big. Despite access to basic features on the face of the unit and via menus, if you lose the remotes, you won't be able to do things like enabling the wireless headsets so don't let the kids take them out of the car. The gray was a little lighter than the dark gray of our Pathfinder, but honestly, amidst all the other junk that my wife has in that car for the kid, I really doubt anyone will notice that the headrests don't match perfectly. Oh well. Again, price trumps perfect color matching. On our next car, I am sure that we will get the built-in entertainment package, and if you have a really nice car you are not going to want to plop these in. For a Pathfinder or Odyssey, these are great and worse case you only spent a fraction of what you would for retrofitting factory DVD. These are basically "disposable" from that perspective, but the quality is much better than you would expect. Don't hesitate if you somehow turned these up in your search for a DVD headrest. If you think that they fit the bill of you what you are looking for, I can tell you that they probably will work for you. Take the extra $1,000 you saved and buy a nice HDTV and Blu Ray player for your man cave.

The monitors were very easy to install myself. The picture quality is very clear. I had bought two of these monitors plus two universal head rest mounts to keep my daughters entertained in the car. They are well worth the money spent.

This monitor is excellent for temporary installations and to monitor video signals that go elsewhere. It's extremely crisp, mountable, and would be worth twice the price. I've used these monitors all over the world - there's no better bargain out there.

i have nothing to say thats bad about this product. it easy to use and the picture is great!!! doesnt have any sound but i knew that when i bought it!! awsome price. allot cheaper than the name brand leaders but works and looks just as good.

This display is designed for installation in a car. It has composite video inputs (2 total - one for a DVD, one for a backup camera). The power is designed to be wired into the 12vdc car power. So, do not buy this for your home or computer.

Many times a TV Monitor is really a TV, THIS IS NOT! It is only a monitor and has no reception capabilities.

I bought these for my daughters birthday as a gift she had always wanted and my son who is 9 years younger has his own as well the quality is pretty good but the picture is great and the sound is awesome , if you are looking for a good buy this will save you a ton of cash and make long rides a dream as the kids are quietly watching different movies , its almost a no-brainer of a purchase , disney world here we come!!!

This is my second purchase of these products, bought both Gray and Tan color. I Received these from eliteautosoundsales within 5 days from order. I'd say I'm an average car stereo installer, so I thought I'd tackle the install myself in a 2008 Ford Expedition. It took about 2 hours to install, but some of that was dismantling my center console to get to the cigarette lighter wiring in the back seat. The instructions are obviously translated from Chinese and are terrible. Basically, you need a Hot (RED) and a ground (BLACK)and the rear cigarette lighter does the trick. To run the wires from the headrest, I just threaded the wiring through the post holes and reached up from the bottom of the seat. There is an access hole into the fabric of the expedition, so it was easy. Another review said the parts weren't SONY. They are if you order from eliteautosound, but not the other seller. All in all, Nice Product and saved alot.

ELITE AUTO SOUND SALES---great customer service. I had a problem with them after I had them install. They replaced them fast. Great for the price. I will purchase items again from Elite Auto Sales. 5 star for their customer service.

This headrest DVD system has a ton of features, DVD, USB, SD, FM Radio and 32 bit Native Games. Comes with Remote, Game controllers, and headset. I Purchased these for my 06 CRV and they fit perfectly. Unlike the other poster these headrest are adjustable in the CRV. The only draw back is that the instructions have nothing to aid you in the install other that what the wires are and voltage. I t-tapped the power from under the dash from the 12v auxiliary socket. So far they are working great.

This is an awesome product for the price. I recently saw similar product for less at Sam's club, so you may want to check that out. Otherwise, this was $120 less than Walmart and has additional feature of watching two different discs at the same time (majority of products on the market have one DVD player and one 'dummy' monitor - that would be a disaster for my kids as they are about 6 yrs apart in age and don't want to watch the same movies). Picture is great, product is easy to operate and install. The only problem we had with it is that IR headsets are of really poor quality, so we are using regular, wired ones. The other thing is that we don't like is that the headrests are not adjustable.

Vehicle: 2006 Toyota Rav4 Limited (side airbags in front seats) Installation: Professional (cost, 2.5hrs labor ~$125 total) Comments from the installer: 1. These posts are the old style. The newer units come with screw in adapters. This type will not allow a tight fit, nor allow the headrest to stay up with notches. 2. These units will vibrate unless you secure them to the seat with some kind of epoxy. But then, you won't be able to raise them (which won't function properly anyway with the sleeve adapters). 3. You paid a great price for these, even given the limitations. Comments from me: Everything he said was true. The units work as advertised, and the looseness of the posts is noticed, but not horrible. I hardly notice. The sound quality of the IR headsets is laughable. I would not waste any time using these. Situated directly in front of the unit, there is clear distortion. Move right or left even a few inches and the sound signal is lost. Clearly, you will be using different wireless IR headsets, wired headsets, the internal speakers or the radio transmitter. The other 3 options seem fine. I can't comment on radio transmitter in urban areas - the signal will probably degrade. The video quality is OK. Not stellar. Comparing quality to the factory unit in our 2010 Sienna Limited is very noticeable. Expect to get what you pay for here, but that said - the quality is still acceptable for the application (keeping kids quiet!). All in all, 3 stars is because of the mounting post limitation, wireless headset audio, video quality and installation instructions. You're paying for a 3 star product and you're getting a 3 star product.

My Tv's only lasted 3 months! Just after the 90 day warranty had expire the two Tv's stop working. Moreover, there is no manufacture warranty since the Tv's are fake. I contacted Sony and they are investigating the issue. Stay away they are fake copies!

beware don't buy from this seller! liars! bad communication and they refused to fix my product so instead they cut the wires and returned it to me and blamed me for cutting wires. they left me with no choice to ever be able to return the item. very mad! i only had it for less then 30 days. stay away!

Due the xmas rush i can't install these on arraiving, but once i have time it takeme about 15 minutes to install each, my daugther really enjoy it, she is 3 and no problem with any dvd region, rx to the original radio on my truck, usb, and sd, the entretainment prupose i bougth it for was fullfilled over my espectations. great buy

After reading everyone's reviews, my wife and I decided to buy this unit -- what a mistake! After less than three months of only occasional use, one unit has stopped working entirely. We used it less than 30 minutes a day 4 or 5 days a week. That's it! And there were no small fingers touching it because our son is only one year old and too small to reach the DVD player. Because one unit broke, we turned on the second one, which had not been used since it was installed, only to find that It didn't work either. And did I mention it's never been used? What an absolute piece of garbage. And although we were aware that there was no warrantee on this product, our previous experience with Amazon sellers have always led to some sort of agreeable settlement with faulty merchandise. Not so with this seller, EliteAutoSoundSales. After informing them that we had obviously received a lemon, we received a curt email back from them saying it's been over 30 days and the return period has expired. Don't buy this product -- especially from this horrible seller. Now that I look back on the other reviews, I see that most of them focus on how easy it is to use and how it looks good -- but very few of them comment on the longterm quality of the player itself. I was fooled -- but please do not make the same mistake I did!

I got this for $20 to use with my Pioneer AVH-P5100DVD unit, set up was easy as well as installation, during the day you get Color display which I was not expecting, at night in complete darkness you get a green colored image almost as night vision goggles. NOTE: The image from this camera is like when you look on your house door peephole, so objects are actually closer than they appear, but once you practice on a wall or another car you own its easy.

I got this camera a while back, but had delayed installation due to no mounting hardware,contrary to the item description. Finally opted for trailer hitch plug housing install. Power wires are a bit small for my liking. Using it on a Boss Audio BV9995B head unit that I also bought from Amazon.com. OK picture but the night vision is lackluster at best. Haven't tested the waterproof claim yet. Will go deserting and dunes this season. Hope both electronics will last!

The camera provides an impressive image regardless of price and in addition has a built in alignment scale which is digitally overlaid on the screen. I use this product with a JVC NX-7000 and the image is crystal clear. The field of view is amazing as I have mounted it inline and 4 inches from my ball on the receiver hitch and the ball is shown in full view. This has made it much easier to connect to my boat trailer and arrive aligned and at the correct distance on the first shot every time, the scale shown on the screen makes this an easy task. The camera is rated waterproof and I have not tested this as of yet but for the price the test will occur soon and an update to this post will be made, if the camera passes then I will be adding one to the back of my trailer so I can see what is behind the boat when backing in parking lots. The camera has been wired to the reverse lights and power up time is instant once the vehicle is put into reverse. There is nothing negative I can think of about this product.

I was trying to think of a way to mount this on my new pickup. As I didnt want to drill a hole in the back of my new truck, and I really didnt want it hanging down from a bracket, I came up with this idea. I bought a CHEAP trailer hitch plug, the kind to fill in the hitch hole when your not towing anything. I bought the cheapest black square one I could get and trimmed off the part around the outside that was larger than the insert part. That way I could slide it in from the back of the hitch. Then I drilled a hole though the end of it to fit the camera size, mounted it flush with the end of the cap, and used silicone calk to seal it into the hitch plug. The silicone has some give to it, so it can flex a tad in cold or hot weather, and I can lock the camera in the hitch with the standard key locking ball hitch safty pin that I use to tow with. I put a clip I made from the end of a clip board and mounted it on TOP of the hitch under the truck so when I am towing and the camera would be useless in this situation anyway, I just pull the pin, and clip it up under the truck onto the platform hitch, and put a baggy over the camera with a zip tie to keep it on and sealed. When I drop the trailer, I pop this back in and my camera is active again. Just a thought if you dont want to drill holes in your truck or have someone walk off with it in a parking lot that has a screwdriver in their pocket. The camera works fine, not great but good enough to know when to stop before I hit my garage door in the dark when i back into my driveway. It is great during the daytime, and in color too!!

I have to tell you, when I saw this camera for sell for $22.00, I really thought I was gonna waste my money. I love being surprised. I've got a new head unit for my truck that has a motorized 7" screen that comes with a rearview camera input, thought what the hell. The pictue is surprisingly clear and at night it's grainy, but better than antisapated. It's almost like military night vision. During the day the picture is in color (wasn't expecting that) and at night, black and white. One draw-back is that there's no mounting hardware, so be prepared to drill a hole about 1 1/8" in diameter, but if your going for your bumper, it's fine. So for anyone looking for a cheap camera that preforms, this is what you need.
