I bought this item because it is also loaded with accessories unlike other spy pens. I received the item with excitement.My excitement quickly wore away when I realized that there was no manual that came with it.The manufacturers said that the software comes in the pen.The manual is already in the software and should download when you attach the pen to your computer USB port.I did and my laptop recognised that a hardware had been attached to it like most computers would.I waited for a couple of minutes, no download occcured.I went to their website and performed a manual download of the software and manual separately. The manual was very scanty.It described the pen and the parts.It gives no instructions on how to operate it.It gives no instructions on how to erase any recording.It gives no instruction on how to replay your recording.A very frustrating experience.The manufacturers assume that buyers were involved in manufacturing the pen and should automatically know how to operate it.For now I am curtailing my frustration and ratinq it a 2/5 stars (instead of a 1/5), because it is a beautiful disguise and the pen does work. Again there is no description on how to change the pen or refill it when the ink runs out.Until, I figure out how this spy pen works, it is just one frustrating, not user friendly item.And when I do figure out how it works, I may re-visit my review.Buyers should contact the manufacturers first for clarification on how the pain, I mean pen works before buying it.[...]

Spy Ninja's Working Pen (4GB USB Drive + Pinhole Camera + Voice Recorder+ USB Car Charger + AA Emergency Charger) I just love this pen. Delivered early and contents were expected. Works great with clear picture. Audio is fine. I would buy from this vendor again. Would like to see a list of vendors products. Can't beat the price for what your getting.

First of all, only 3 stars because I didn't get manual with this product. I had to find it on the internet and it was for older model. When you get to hang of it, it's very easy to use, very video quality is good if light is OK, and 4 GB is more than enough for short videos I make. Downside is that charger is only for US, so we in Europe have to charge it using USB cable. The best thing of all is that you can record anyone or anything and if they ask you what is that, you will say a keychain with light .. but the light is broken.

The quality of the video and sound will blow you away! It even records good in low light conditions! I have an older miniDV regular sized video camera and it does not even record this well and I paid over 200 dollars for it!! This thing does not work .. when you press the On button a light is supposed to blink (according to the instructions manual), but instead it just appears and refuses to go even if you try to turn the thing Off. The device is not even detected by the computer, meaning I can't do anything with it really. DON'T BUY IT! I want to return it to the seller if possible but the problem is that I don't live in the US :(
